Print out and write your name and address on the back and present it to your window cleaner on arrival or leave it displayed in the front window. If you forget to show your voucher at the appointment address your windows will still
be cleaned if prior arrangement has been made with
your new window cleaner.

In the event of severe weather conditions your window cleaner
will contact you to re-arrange a cleaning date
