Membership requirements:
* Members are required to provide a professional, reliable and customer friendly approach to their customers.
* Members must have public liability insurance in force to cover their cleaning business.
* Members are required to have a published website (our advanced membership packages include these if you don’t have one)
* Members must have a sign written vehicle with clearly visible contact information.
* Members use company staff that wear uniforms or branded t-shirts and are polite to customers at all times.
* Members conform to Health & Safety regulations pertaining to their window cleaning business.
* Members agree to offer a free re-clean if there is a quality issue with any of the windows.
* Members agree to pay a customer referral fee to QWC in accordance with the relevant referral rates.
Basic members are required to carry out the first clean free of charge to the customer, unless an additonal surcharge or service charge is required such as extra cleaning on windows that have not been cleaned for a long time, or windows that are not included in the deal the customer has paid for (see customer terms and conditions) or additional services requested such as fascia and soffit cleaning, gutter cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning or conservatory cleaning that has not been paid for. All extra cleaning required by the customer is free of any commission or further introductory fees.
