This will only occur if your window cleaner deems it essential. Applies to properties with up to 20 windows.

Your 20% off discount vouchers can be presented on the day of your 1st arranged clean. All cleaning appointments must be arranged directly with the window cleaner. Quality Window Cleaners do not arrange cleaning and the use of cleaning vouchers and this website are subject to our terms and conditions.

In the unlikely event of any customer at any time not being 100% fully satisfied with the quality of cleaning of any windows, sills, frames, surrounds, doors or panels, then contact your window cleaner within 24 hours to report the problem and your Quality Window Cleaning member will return and clean any areas that have not been cleaned correctly free of charge at a mutually agreed time.
